Alfa Laval provides many different standards of tubes and fittings. This means you can always find the part most suitable for your specific application, with exactly the process quality you need. Sanitary range tubes and fittings This product range provides a wide range of tubes and fittings with internal surface finishes that have a Roughness average (Ra) of 0.8 – 1.6 Ra.Tubes and fittings in the Sanitary range comply with DIN 11850, ISO 2037, BS 4825, JIS G 3447 and ASME dimension standards
The Tri-Clover BioPharm product range includes a comprehensive selection of tubes and fittings with internal surface finishes with a Roughness average (Ra) of 0.4 – 0.8 Ra either electropolished or mechanically polished. Tubes and fittings in this range comply with DIN 11850, ISO 1127 and ASME BPE dimension standards.
Our LKB butterfly valve range consists of the following modular units that can easily be mounted in complex cluster set-ups alongside valves of other types: LKB or LKB-2 with standard spring-loaded locking handle for straightforward manual operation with a pulling/turning movement. LKB is used for ISO connection and the LKB-2 is used for DIN connection. LKB-F for flange connections to easily remove the valve body without dismantling piping setups. For both ISO and DIN.
The LKB UltraPure butterfly valves are hygienic on/off valves for use with low and medium-viscosity liquids in personal care, biotech and pharmaceutical applications. All Alfa Laval Ultrapure equipment are delivered with the standard Alfa Laval Q-doc documentation package.
Special flange version of the LKB butterfly valve that makes it easy to remove the valve body without needing to dismantle piping set-ups. This in turn makes it easy to undertake repair, service and replacement with a bare minimum of disruption.
The Alfa Laval LKC Non-return Valve is a hygienic one-way check valve for use in various processes across the hygienic industries to prevent reverse flow. It is easy to install, ensuring safety and high product quality. It is available in two versions: the LKC-2 for vertical flow and the LKC-H for horizontal flow.
The LKC-2 non-return valves prevent the reverse flow of fluids and are specially designed for use in stainless steel pipe installations. These standard non-return valves are widely used in various processes throughout the sanitary industry and are safe and highly reliable.
Designed to meet the specific demands of the biotech, pharmaceutical and personal care industries, the LKC UltraPure non-return valve provide safe, easy installation and high, consistent quality. All Alfa Laval Ultrapure equipment are delivered with the standard Alfa Laval Q-doc documentation package.
The Alfa Laval Unique DV-ST UltraPure Diaphragm Valve is an aseptic diaphragm valve used to shut off, divert and/or regulate the flow of fluids through hygienic, high-purity and aseptic processing lines
The Alfa Laval Unique Mixproof Valve is a versatile, highly flexible double block-and-bleed valve for the safe and efficient management of fluids at intersection points in matrix piped systems. The valve enables the simultaneous flow of two different products or fluids through the same valve without the risk of cross-contamination. Modular design and a wide variety of options enable the valve to be customized to meet any process requirement—whether higher demands on cleanability and the ability to withstand pressure peaks.
The valve sensing and control are designed to provide easy and fully technical solutions in any process area. The reguirements for total product flexibility and reliability. together with superior performance, are key functions for success within processing areas. ThinkTop V50 and V70 takes valve control to a new level and all these new features are available on any Alfa Laval diaphragm, butterfly, single-seat and mixproof valves. While helping to increase production performance and secure traceability, ThinkTop V50 and V70 provide real-time information on the valve’s operating status 24/7. Installation with Auto Setup or Live Setup is intuitive and fast.
